About the Training Center

ICCM Training Center is an educational and professional development center focused on connecting technical knowledge, project management, leadership, and modern business skills within the construction, engineering, and IT industries.

The Center was established with the goal of providing students, young engineers, project managers, and leaders with practical knowledge that is often missing from formal education, yet essential for successful work on modern projects and within complex business systems.

Through expert lectures, case study programs, leadership education, and practical workshops, ICCM Training Center combines real-world industry experience with modern approaches to managing people, projects, and organizations.

Our educational programs are not based solely on theory, but on real challenges faced by engineers, architects, managers, and teams — from design and construction execution, through multidisciplinary coordination, to decision-making under pressure and leading high-performance teams.

A special focus of the Center is the development of professionals who, in addition to technical expertise, want to strengthen their leadership, communication, and organizational skills necessary for working in a modern business environment.

The Center also offers one-on-one consulting on how to develop or improve your company’s organization, motivate people, build a functional team, and effectively lead it. Alternatively, we can handle the entire process for you.

Educational programs and consulting for specific cases can also be organized at your company’s premises.

Our Mission

The mission of the Construction Management Training Center is to develop professional, organizational, and leadership competencies through educational programs that connect engineering practice, business thinking, and modern models of project and people management.

Our goal is to contribute to the development of new generations of engineers and leaders who understand not only the technical side of the profession, but also how projects are managed, decisions are made, teams are organized, and complex processes are led.

Through a multidisciplinary approach, practical examples, and work on real-life scenarios, the Center provides knowledge that enables professional growth, greater competitiveness in the job market, and more effective project and team management in practice.

CASE STUDY:
From Project Brief to Occupancy Permit

The CASE STUDY educational program is designed as a practical presentation of the complete realization process of a small-scale project (up to 2,000 m²) — from the initial idea and project brief, through design, multidisciplinary coordination, budgeting, and construction execution, all the way to technical inspection and obtaining the occupancy permit.

Through a real project example, participants will gain insight into the actual flow of an investment project, understand the key project phases, identify the stakeholders involved, and learn about the challenges teams most commonly face during project execution. Special focus will be placed on connecting design, construction execution, communication between project participants, and decision-making in real working conditions.

WHO IS IT FOR – The lecture is intended for students, young engineers, architects, and anyone who wants to gain a broader understanding of how projects function in practice — beyond the theoretical framework of university education. Students and young engineers will gain insight into the knowledge and skills expected in today’s job market, as well as a complete understanding of the entire project lifecycle — from paperwork to realization.

NO-FUSS PROJECT
Project Planning and Control

Through real-life practical situations, participants will go through the key phases of project planning — defining priorities, organizing resources, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring implementation, and managing changes during project execution or development.

Special focus will be placed on tools and principles that enable better project control, more efficient communication between teams, and timely decision-making in a dynamic environment. The lecture offers a practical perspective on project management in real working conditions and is intended for everyone who wants to understand how projects can be managed systematically, efficiently, and with fewer operational problems.

WHO IS IT FOR – The lecture is intended for engineers of all disciplines, project managers, and everyone involved in the execution of complex projects.

CEO TRAINING
Strategic Decision-Making in Complex Situations and Consulting

This lecture is intended for CEOs, managers, company owners, team leaders, and all professionals who make decisions under high pressure, uncertainty, and within complex business environments.

Participants will gain insight into how to make quality decisions when ideal conditions, complete information, or sufficient time are not available. The focus of the lecture is on strategic thinking, setting priorities, people management, crisis management, and balancing operational and strategic levels of leadership. Examples and crisis-solving scenarios will be taken directly from the participants’ companies in order to demonstrate the practical objectives of the education through real situations.

Special emphasis will be placed on the role of leaders in complex systems — when to delegate, when to intervene, how to make decisions under pressure, and how to develop an organization capable of functioning stably even in challenging circumstances.

The lecture combines leadership, business mindset, and practical experience gained from working on complex projects and teams, with the goal of developing a modern and effective approach to management and decision-making.

The number of participants is limited — 2 to 3 participants per group, or one-on-one sessions.

ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP & HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAMS
How Top Experts Become Top Leaders

Successful projects do not depend solely on technical knowledge, but on the people who lead, organize, and execute them. This program is focused on developing leadership skills within engineering and project teams, with special emphasis on communication, ownership, decision-making, people management, and building high-performance teams in complex business environments.

Through practical examples from the construction, engineering, and IT sectors, participants will understand how to transition from the role of an expert to the role of a leader, how to build teams that function efficiently under pressure, and how to achieve outstanding results without micromanagement and operational chaos.

The program is intended for engineers, architects, project managers, team leaders, managers, young leaders, and all professionals who want to develop leadership and organizational skills necessary for working on modern projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.

BUSINESS ENGLISH
For Engineers and Managers

This lecture is intended for engineers, architects, project managers, technical faculty students, and all professionals who work or plan to work in an international business environment, on projects involving foreign investors, partners, and teams.

The goal of the lecture is to develop business communication skills in English through real-life engineering and project-based situations. The focus is not on traditional grammar, but on professional communication used daily in business — meetings, presentations, team coordination, negotiations, email communication, conference calls, reporting, and communication with clients and contractors.

Through practical examples and business simulations, participants will develop confidence in communication, professional presentation skills, and the terminology necessary for working in both domestic and international business environments.

The lecture is especially useful for students and young professionals who want to increase their competitiveness in the job market and prepare for working on international projects and within multidisciplinary teams.
